With Quantile you can control the number of clusters in your model. It is a matter of trial an error, and you can try several values until you find a number of clusters you believe best suits your data. Is a value between 0 and 1, in which a value of 0.5 means that a median of all pairwise distances will be used, and the other values represent a deviation from the median.
Number of samples (n_samples): is the number of samples used to estimate bandwith. If not specified the model will use all samples, and it may cause the model to take mote time to run and retrieve different results. Not advisable for large datasets.
Bandwith: is the distance from a local point being investigated about its ability to be part of a certain cluster and the furthest point that can be included in that same cluster.
Hope this helps!
