Thank you for your response. In fact I have never faced compatibility issues, neither feel that I need extra-steps to complete some tasks. Most of my work is done in the cloud, so I can access it from any device, anytime, anywhere. I can easily share internet from Samsung 4G tablet, use a Microsoft mouse with a MacBook, and have photos from Android phone and Cameras easily accessible in Laptop if they are stored in Google Photos.

Although, I can deny that a full Apple eco-system would be better. Some reasons for my choice are $$ based (Android phone is cheaper than IPhone, Samsung Tab cheaper than IPad,...). However, I don't exclude that some time in future I can use more Apple devices if I see a clear advantage with it.
